Watershed Consulting is looking for a Control-M Operator to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for managing job scheduling and automation processes, ensuring that batch jobs run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with other technical teams to monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Your day-to-day tasks will include: • Setting up and managing job schedules using Control-M • Automating batch processing tasks • Monitoring system performance and job execution • Reporting on job statuses and performance metrics • Collaborating with other IT teams to resolve issues
This role is best suited for individuals with a solid understanding of Linux and UNIX systems, as well as experience in job scheduling and automation.
