As a Full-Stack & AI Developer at The Legends Agency, you will be responsible for the technical ownership of an established production platform. Your main tasks will include leading the knowledge transfer from an external provider and developing AI-integrated digital experiences. This role combines hands-on full-stack development with a focus on platform architecture, production support, and ensuring the security and scalability of the platform.
In this position, you will lead the technical design and development of AI-enabled functionalities, including workflows and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities. You will also implement secure software development practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as POPIA, and maintain role-based access control and encryption standards.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 7 years of professional software development experience, including 3 years in a mid to senior developer or technical lead capacity. You should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end technologies and have a strong understanding of AI integration into existing systems.
