On a daily basis, you'll perform initial triage of incidents, accurately logging details into the PSA ticketing system. You'll classify and prioritize requests based on urgency and impact, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential in guiding clients through troubleshooting steps and providing updates on their requests.
