iOCO is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in Infrastructure as Code will be crucial as you work with tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate processes and ensure efficiency.
You will also integrate security controls into the DevOps processes, adopting a DevSecOps approach. This means you'll need to stay updated on the latest security practices and ensure that security is a priority throughout the development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least five years of experience in a similar role and is comfortable working with various cloud platforms. You should have a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and be familiar with tools such as ARM and Bicep, although these are not mandatory.
