Rewardsco is seeking an Infrastructure SysOps Engineer to enhance and maintain its IT infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring that our server, storage, database, and cloud environments are resilient and perform optimally. You will work with various technologies to support our contact centre operations, which include telephony systems, CRM platforms, and reporting environments. Your expertise will help us deliver stable and secure business platforms.
In your day-to-day work, you will manage Windows Server clusters and Linux systems, while also overseeing our Microsoft Azure infrastructure. You will be responsible for virtualisation using Hyper-V and managing storage solutions like HPE SAN and HPE MSA. Additionally, you will implement Veeam Backup & Replication for data protection and ensure that our disaster recovery plans are robust and effective.
This role is best suited for someone with at least five years of experience in infrastructure or systems operations. You should have a strong background in managing complex IT environments and be comfortable working with both on-premise and cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include:
