HR Genie is looking for a Data Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating data from the current Cashman legacy application to a new Learning Management System (LMS). Your work will involve ensuring that data is accurately transferred and that the new system is set up to meet the needs of the organization.
On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze existing data, identify any discrepancies, and work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth transition. You will also be involved in designing the data structure for the new LMS, which requires a solid understanding of data management principles.
This position is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working with SQL and Excel, as these tools will be essential for your tasks. Familiarity with LMS systems and data visualization tools would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
