In this role as a D365 Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients. Your main focus will be on enhancing customer experience through the use of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that fit their business processes.
Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring Dynamics 365 modules, working with Power Apps to create custom applications, and utilizing Power Automate for workflow automation. You will also be expected to analyze data using Power BI to provide insights that drive decision-making. Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA will help in managing project tasks and tracking progress effectively.
This position is suited for individuals who have a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
