Imizizi is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Menlyn. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform, to provision and manage cloud infrastructure effectively. Your work will primarily involve utilizing AWS services and implementing cloud-native automation patterns to enhance operational efficiency.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: • Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions using Terraform • Managing AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and API Gateway • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure with applications • Automating processes to improve deployment and management of cloud resources
This position is suited for someone who has a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and is passionate about automation. You should have a strong background in AWS and be comfortable working with various cloud services. Preferred certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform will be advantageous, but the key requirement is your hands-on experience with the technologies mentioned.
