In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the IT environment at various client sites, ensuring that servers, networks, desktops, and unified communications systems are running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and acting as the primary technical contact for clients.
You will work independently, which means you should be comfortable making decisions on-site and managing your time effectively. While you'll have the autonomy to handle most issues, there is escalation support available for more complex problems.
