Parvana is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. You will also develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical personnel to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your daily responsibilities will include managing project resources, budgets, and schedules. You will regularly communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. This position requires a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote continuous improvement within the team.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in project management or as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing complex software development or IT projects. Familiarity with project management software is also important. While a PMP or CSM certification is a plus, it is not mandatory for this role.
