In this role, you will also serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents that arise within the Service Desk and Network Operations Centre (NOC). Your expertise will be essential in resolving intricate cloud, database, and automation issues, making you a key player in maintaining the integrity of the cloud infrastructure.
