IQbusiness is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will design, build, and operationalize cloud-based AI solutions using platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Your work will primarily focus on delivering AI solutions in the financial services sector, but you will also have opportunities to engage with projects in public sector, mining, and retail. This position reports to the AI Capability Lead and plays a crucial role in the enterprise AI delivery process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing production-grade Generative AI solutions, RAG agents, and document intelligence systems. You will also support pre-sales activities, conduct demos, and contribute to requests for proposals (RFPs). Additionally, you will help uplift junior engineers and contribute to the overall AI capability roadmap of the company.
This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in AI and Generative AI engineering, along with solid data engineering and MLOps skills. You should be comfortable working in a cloud environment and have a passion for developing innovative AI solutions that can drive business value.
