You'll work independently on many tasks, but when faced with complex issues, you'll escalate them to the IT Operations Manager. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to assist with production server builds and communicate with hardware and software vendors, which adds variety to your role.
