Energia Consulting Partners is looking for a Frontend Developer to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end of our Shopify online store. Your main goal will be to ensure that the store is not only high-performing but also visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
You will work closely with designers and other developers to implement new features and improve existing ones. Your tasks will include coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as using Shopify's Liquid templating language to customize the store's functionality. A strong understanding of responsive design principles will be essential to ensure that the store looks great on all devices.
Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing front-end components for the Shopify store • Collaborating with the design team to create a seamless user experience • Testing and optimizing the website for performance and usability • Keeping up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies
