This role is crucial for providing first- and second-line IT support to ensure smooth operations within the company. You will be responsible for assisting users with their technical issues, both onsite and remotely, while maintaining accurate documentation of your support activities.
Your daily tasks will include supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 users. You will also work with Windows Server environments and participate in standby support when necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of IT support experience and a relevant IT qualification.
