As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee a range of projects across African markets. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
In this role, you will lead and manage a portfolio of projects and services across various African markets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and act as a trusted partner, providing insights and updates on project progress and risks.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve translating complex information between executive, technical, and front-line teams. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical jargon for different audiences. You will also need to be proactive in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 4 years in contact-centre or operations environments. Strong organizational skills and a candid approach to risk management are essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
