In this role as a QA Test Analyst, you will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the quality of innovative VoIP and SaaS platforms. Your main responsibility will be to design and execute test strategies within an Agile/Scrum framework, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards before it reaches users. You'll collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify issues early and ensure smooth delivery of features.
Your day-to-day tasks will include both manual and automation testing, using tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and document findings. You will also engage in various testing methodologies, including regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and API testing. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and testing frameworks such as Playwright and Cypress will be beneficial.
