Prime System Solutions is looking for a Security Engineer to enhance their security offerings, particularly around Microsoft 365 and cloud services. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and managing various security tools to protect client data and ensure compliance with best practices.
Your daily tasks will include working with Microsoft Defender for email protection, as well as backup and monitoring tools. You will also engage with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all systems are secure and functioning optimally.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security protocols and tools, especially those related to Microsoft 365. Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools like Kaseya VSA and Datto RMM is a plus. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and have a passion for keeping systems secure.
