In this role, you will partner with AI Champions, ICT professionals, Data Scientists, and AI/ML Engineers to seamlessly integrate AI into operational workflows. Your primary focus will be on data ingestion, integration, transformation, and modeling to support various data-driven initiatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing schema evolution, handling late-arriving data, and ensuring idempotent ingestion. You will also be tasked with building and operating data lakes and warehouses, utilizing technologies like Delta Lake, BigQuery, and Synapse. Additionally, you will implement cataloguing, lineage, and discovery processes to enhance data accessibility and usability.
Key responsibilities include: • Collaborating with Data Scientists and Analysts on feature engineering and model-ready tables • Establishing SLAs/SLOs and incident response for data pipelines • Implementing data testing, monitoring, and alerting to maintain data quality
