MDI Consulting is looking for an IT Technician who is a logical thinker and can provide excellent technical support. This role involves assisting with software solutions and maintaining IT security policies.
As an IT Technician at MDI Consulting, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients both remotely and onsite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the development, configuration, deployment, and support of customer software solutions. You will also be expected to implement and maintain IT security policies to ensure the safety and integrity of client systems.
In this position, you will primarily support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, you will provide operational support for Acumatica software, helping clients navigate and resolve any issues they encounter. Your ability to think outside the box and approach problems logically will be essential in delivering effective solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in the IT field who enjoys working in a collaborative and solution-oriented environment. You should be comfortable providing first and second line technical support and have a strong understanding of IT security practices.
