As a Server & Network Engineer, you'll be the backbone of our ICT infrastructure. Your hands-on experience will help keep our systems running smoothly and securely.
In this role, you'll support the organization's ICT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, telephony, and security systems. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing support across various levels, from 1st to 3rd line, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently. You'll be working closely with both internal teams and external vendors to maintain service levels and address incidents as they arise.
Your responsibilities will include: • Installing and configuring networking and telephony systems • Managing Windows Server hardware and software • Troubleshooting issues from the operating system to the network level • Providing telephonic, remote, and onsite assistance to users
