In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for various IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, and printers. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with the setup and configuration of IT systems at the plant.
You will also provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, helping users resolve issues related to Office Suite tools and other software. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with both office and remote IT teams to tackle technical problems and implement effective solutions. Staying current with the latest IT advancements will be essential, as you will be expected to propose enhancements to optimize system performance.
This role is best suited for someone with at least three years of experience in IT technical support.
