IQbusiness is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join their team in Johannesburg. In this role, you'll design, build, and operationalise AI solutions using cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Your work will involve not just technical implementation but also supporting pre-sales activities, creating demos, and responding to RFPs. You'll play a key role in shaping the AI capability roadmap and helping to uplift junior engineers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Developing and deploying AI models and solutions in cloud environments. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Assisting in the creation of proof of concepts (PoCs) and technical demonstrations. • Contributing to the training and development of less experienced engineers.
