In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining various Netskope Secure Service Edge (SSE) modules. This includes working with Next-Gen Secure Web Gateways, Cloud Access Security Brokers, and implementing Zero Trust Network Access strategies. Your expertise will help protect the organization from complex threats and ensure a robust security posture.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll conduct regular security policy reviews and perform root-cause analysis on security incidents. You'll also provide Tier 3 engineering support, which means you'll tackle the more challenging security issues that arise. Familiarity with perimeter firewalls, VPNs, and email security protocols is essential, as you'll be integrating logs and alert data from various security platforms into a centralized system.
