KRS Recruiting Services is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee engineering projects in Sandton. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as maintaining progress reports to keep stakeholders informed. You will also chair project meetings and facilitate communication among team members and clients.
Your responsibilities will involve overseeing procurement and contract administration, ensuring all project documentation is in order. You will monitor project costs, manage claims and invoicing, and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are met. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will be crucial to your success in this position.
This role is best suited for someone with a degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field, along with a Project Management qualification. You should have at least five years of project management experience, particularly in engineering, mining, process plants, industrial, or water sectors. Familiarity with SMPP and civil engineering projects would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
