Senior Call Centre AI Engineer (Python, LLMs, 3CX, Voice AI) - (In Office) CPT

You will also work on integrating AI solutions with existing systems like 3CX and SIP telephony to support both inbound and outbound campaigns. This includes designing event-driven architectures using Python and Node.js to facilitate real-time data exchanges. Your role will require a strong understanding of conversational AI and the ability to implement effective guardrails and escalation paths for AI interactions.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in AI technologies and a passion for creating intelligent customer-facing solutions. You should have at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLMs and voice AI technologies.
