In this role, you will lead and manage a portfolio of projects and services across various African markets. You will need to be organized and proactive, keeping track of project milestones and ensuring that any potential issues are addressed promptly. Strong follow-through is essential to maintain project momentum and stakeholder confidence.
This position is best suited for someone with at least 8 years of progressive project management experience, particularly in contact-centre or operations environments. You should have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable navigating the complexities of cross-functional teams.
