As a Business Systems Analyst at Recruitco, you'll be part of the Group IT Shared Services team, working to turn complex business challenges into scalable solutions. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing business and system requirements, as well as documenting and testing these requirements to ensure they meet the needs of the business. You'll also be responsible for mapping and improving business processes, which includes designing both the current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states of these processes.
In your day-to-day work, you will facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed. Supporting testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the implementation of solutions will also be key parts of your responsibilities. Additionally, you may assist in training users and providing ongoing support to ensure that the solutions delivered are effectively utilized.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, who holds a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
