BCXP is looking for an Ops Specialist: Systems Engineer to join their team in Durban. This role focuses on managing and optimizing systems, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be working with various technologies, particularly Linux, and will be responsible for maintaining system integrity and performance.
In your day-to-day work, you will be expected to: • Manage Linux systems and ensure they are up to date and secure. • Utilize VEEAM for backup and recovery solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise. • Collaborate with other team members to improve system performance and reliability.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid understanding of Linux systems and experience with VEEAM.
