Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards that help the organization make informed decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and BI development will be crucial in transforming raw data into actionable insights.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work with various data sources, applying your knowledge of ETL/ELT processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions. Your familiarity with modern data platform concepts, such as Delta Tables and Medallion Architecture, will be beneficial in optimizing data workflows.
The ideal candidate for this position has at least five years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. You should be proficient in SQL and have a strong understanding of data visualization tools, particularly Power BI. A solid grasp of analytics and schema evolution will also enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
