Day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Developing bidirectional integrations with ServiceNow and other platforms. • Implementing AWS integrations to enhance cloud capabilities. • Managing event management processes within ServiceNow. • Administering the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). • Supporting DevOps change management initiatives.
