In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, focusing on Office 365 and desktop environments. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, conducting regular maintenance, and ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure.
You will work closely with clients to address a variety of technical challenges. This includes managing patch updates, providing hardware support, and performing antivirus updates through Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
