As a Senior AI Engineer at a leading internet provider, you will be part of a team dedicated to building a sovereign AI fabric across the company. Your primary focus will be on engineering hybrid search systems and deploying multi-agent frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning and AI, particularly in the context of large language models (LLMs). You will be expected to leverage your expertise to enhance search capabilities and improve query routing.
In your day-to-day work, you will engage in the following responsibilities: • Engineer hybrid search solutions using techniques like BM25 and dense retrieval. • Build and deploy multi-agent systems utilizing frameworks such as LangGraph, Pydantic AI, DSPy, or BAML. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. • Fine-tune models and optimize performance for production environments.
