As an IT Support Engineer at a growing IT services provider, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring clients' IT systems are functioning optimally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing both remote and onsite support, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining servers and network infrastructure. You'll also assist with cloud projects and proactively monitor client systems to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
This role is ideal for someone with at least four years of IT support experience, particularly in a Managed Service Provider setting. You should be comfortable working with Windows Server environments and have a solid understanding of network infrastructure. Experience with WHM/cPanel is a plus, as is the ability to participate in after-hours support when necessary.
