Working closely with suppliers, customers, procurement, technical support, and marketing teams, you will be responsible for bringing high\-quality products to market that meet customer demand and support Agriline's continued growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify opportunities for new product development through market research, customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends. * Develop and manage product ranges from concept through to launch. * Source and evaluate new suppliers and manufacturing partners both in the UK and internationally. * Create detailed product specifications, drawings, and technical requirements. * Coordinate product testing, validation, and quality assurance processes. * Work closely with procurement teams to negotiate costs and ensure commercial viability. * Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to understand customer requirements and product performance. * Analyse sales data and product performance to identify opportunities for range expansion and improvement. * Maintain accurate product information, specifications, and documentation within internal systems. * Support catalogue, website, and marketing content creation by providing technical product information. * Monitor competitor activity and emerging technologies within the agricultural and aftermarket sectors. * Manage product lifecycle activities including product updates, replacements, and discontinuations. **Skills \& Experience** * Experience in product development, product management, sourcing, procurement, or engineering. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent organisational and project management abilities. * Commercial awareness and understanding of margins, pricing, and profitability. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems. **Desirable** * Knowledge of agricultural machinery, tractors, farm equipment, or automotive aftermarket products. * Experience working with technical drawings, CAD software, or engineering specifications. * Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems. * Experience sourcing products from overseas manufacturers. * Agricultural, engineering, or mechanical qualification. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Pension scheme. * Career...
