The role focuses on embedding standardised ways of working, improving end\-to\-end processes, and enabling data\-driven decision\-making to enhance operational performance and customer experience. You will act as a key change agent, translating BD Excellence principles into practical, scalable routines across the region. **Main Responsibilities Will Include:** --------------------------------------- * Champion BD Excellence across Commercial Operations, logistics, and supply chain * Design, standardise, and optimise end\-to\-end processes (order\-to\-cash, fulfilment, inventory visibility, issue resolution) * Embed Daily Management routines, Tiered Management Systems, and performance visualisation (Bowlers) * Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, reducing manual work, and improving process stability * Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to support performance management and decision\-making * Enhance Customer Experience by improving reliability, responsiveness, and transparency * Lead the adoption of digital solutions (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate) to improve efficiency and automation * Coach and influence stakeholders across commercial, customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams. **About You** ------------- * 2–5 years’ experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operational Excellence * Strong process improvement and analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) * Knowledge of Lean / BD Excellence and performance management tools * Experience working across multiple stakeholders in regional environments * Strong communicator with a customer\-centric and solutions\-driven mindset * Passionate about continuous improvement, simplification, and digital innovation **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
